Shipping Policy
INSPO strives to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. However, during periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended to 7-14 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier. Any issues that arise during delivery—such as delays, lost packages, or damage—should be addressed directly with the delivery courier.
