Return and Refund Policy

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please email us at inspo.clo4@gmail.com and inform us of the issue as soon as possible. Describe your issue in as much detail as you can, and we will respond within 48 hours.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: At this time, INSPO does not accept returns. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the guidelines above.
